David Nagel

David Nagel is currently a General Partner of Forte Ventures, Inc. Nagel is the former president and CEO of PalmSource, now Access Systems America. Before coming to PalmSource, Nagel held executive leadership positions at AT&T (CTO and President, AT&T Labs) and Apple Computer (SVP, R&D). He has also served on national and international advisory committees including President Clinton's first Advisory Committee on High Performance Computing, Communications, and the Next Generation Internet. Nagel also served as a member of the National Research Council Study Group on IT R&D Infrastructure and on the Federal Communications Commission’s Technological Advisory Council
