Theresa Hogg attended Boston College. She then worked for more than 20 years in accounting and management positions, including as controller at both nonprofits and commercial entities, before joining ICSI in 1998. She and her staff manage accounting, financial, and human resources functions including health insurance and other benefits. She also prepares and negotiates all government and industry contracts and ensures compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. She develops and implements long- and short-term financial and economic strategies, ensuring the effective use of ICSI's assets. She works with other senior ICSI leadership to develop and coordinate system-wide policy. She is a certified court mediator and holds a juris doctor from John F. Kennedy University School of Law.
