licensing by research, non-profit and commercial organizations. Most
licenses can be obtained directly from ICSI; in some cases, commercial
rights must be negotiated with the sponsoring partners.

Many of ICSI's non-proprietary and open source technologies
are available for royalty-free licensing and download by both non-profit
