Abstract:
The presentation will discuss the digital divide in Latin
America and compare two Internet inclusion programs in Brazil. It
concludes that digital inclusion policies can promote both digital
literacy and social goals such as community development, education and
job promotion.
This talk will be held in the Main Lecture Hall at ICSI.
